Police have identified suspects they believe were involved in a string of tire-slashing across Bullard.

The Bullard Police Department said it is investigating several reports of tires being slashed overnight in neighborhoods across the city. The damage happened sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning.

The department said Monday morning in a Facebook post that it was working to find out who is responsible. Around 4:40 p.m. Monday, the department released an update, noting investigators have identified the suspects.

“The next steps in this ongoing investigation include completing arrest warrants and initiating the formal processing of the individuals identified,” Bullard PD said. “We will continue to work diligently to ensure that justice is served.”

Police said the swift progress in the case was possible thanks to the vigilance and engagement of Bullard residents. “Your partnership continues to be vital in keeping Bullard a safe and secure community,” the department said.

Police asked anyone living near West Ridge, Bullard Creek Ranch or The Mosley additions to check their security cameras for anything unusual. While the suspects have been identified, the department welcomes any additional information. If you saw anything suspicious or have information that could help, contact the department at 903-894-7788.
