Tyler Junior College and UT Tyler took to the courts on Friday at the JoAnn Medlock Murphy Tennis Center on the TJC campus. Apaches freshman Logan Powell from Amarillo reaches down for a shot, while Patriots junior Frankie Fischer from Georgetown returns a shot. The Apaches won 8-1. The Patriots host Southwestern at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Summers Tennis Center.
