The Rose City Artisans and Flower Market at the Goodman will be held on the grounds of the Goodman LeGrand Museum. There will be artisan and vendor booths, live entertainment, concessions and historic tours of the location at the event.

Spring is in the air and flowers are in bloom.

Beautiful flowers and nourishing vegetables will be for sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on the grounds of the Goodman-LeGrand Museum, 624 N. Broadway Avenue, at the Rose City Artisans and Flower Market at the Goodman.

Artisans and vendors will sell everything from fine art, sculptures and garden d￩cor, hand-made items such as jewelry, home-baked and specialty food items, to bedding plants, herbs, bulbs, produce, wine and more, according to a news release from the city of Tyler.

Several artists will be demonstrating the use of different mediums such as oil on canvas, watercolors, pastels, acrylics and more. There will be live entertainment and concessions available, as well as tours of the historic 1859 Goodman-LeGrand House and Museum, according to the city.

The event is free and open to the public.
