Tyler ISD recently received 13 awards for distinguished achievement in school communications. The awards were announced at the Texas School Public Relations Association (TSPRA) Star Awards Celebration that took place Feb. 25 during the association’s annual conference in San Antonio.

Each year, TSPRA recognizes communicators in school districts, education foundations, education associations and organizations for their outstanding work in both print and digital media.

All 13 entries from Tyler ISD received distinguished honors that included either Gold Star, Silver Star or Bronze Star ratings, with two video submissions advancing to Best of Category recognition.
