Those who do not appreciate interesting public art should not venture into Palestine. Just about everywhere one looks, large outdoor sculptures demand attention.

Palestine’s use of public art to pump new excitement into its downtown is one of the stories in the new edition of IN Magazine. The general interest magazine – featuring the best of East Texas – is free and available at restaurants and specialty shops throughout the region.

The cover story is on The Rankin Twins, Austin-based identical siblings who are gaining attention in country music circles with their tight harmonies.

IN also tells why “Top Chef” competitor Doug Adams is on the fast track to becoming one of the nation’s premier chefs; features spring fashions for the youngest fashionistas; and shows how ETMC Behavioral Health’s Rope Course is changing lives.

The magazine is available online at inmagtexas.com.
