LONGVIEW (KYTX) – All three longview police officers involved in a teen’s fatal shooting have returned to active duty. Investigators have also released audio from 17-year-old Kristiana Coignard’s phone calls with police dispatch minutes before her death. She called dispatch twice from a phone inside the police department lobby, but each time she was asked why she wanted to see an officer, she hung up the phone.
This is the first call Kristiana Coignard made to public safety communications when she walked inside the police station after normal business hours January 22.

A few seconds later, officers shot at her five times. Officer Kristie Brian says the patrol officers who fired the deadly shots have returned from paid administrative leave.
