Portions of Old Troup Highway will be closed to morning and lunchtime traffic on Wednesday.

The Tyler Street Department will close the road from Loop 323 south to Plume Drive for street repairs. Crews will be working from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a news release.

Northbound traffic on Old Troup Highway will be diverted east on Callaway Road or west on Plume Drive. Southbound traffic can drive east on Loop 323 to University Boulevard.
