Bicyclist killed on Old Jacksonville Highway Sunday morning

A bicyclist crossing a major highway was killed Sunday morning when a motorist hit him due to poor lighting.
Department of Public Safety officials said the wreck happened on Old Jacksonville Highway about 1:15 a.m. Sunday near Southside Baptist Church.
Officials said the man, David Durban III, 21, was crossing the highway in an area where the motorist could not see him due to the darkness.
