LINDALE — Jordan Gray hit a double-clutch circus shot with 4.1 seconds remaining to lift Lindale to a 46-44 win over Jacksonville on Tuesday in a District 16-5A basketball game.
Gray led the Eagles with 15 points, while Dietrich Fry added 12.
The Eagles are 17-9 overall and 6-3 in league play.

Athens coach grabs win No. 200
ATHENS — Travon Fuller delivered 27 points as Athens coach Gerald Williams notched his 200th career victory Tuesday.
The win moves Athens to 3-2 in District 14-4A and 12-10 overall.

Union Grove downs Hawkins, 65-61
HAWKINS — Lavon Davis did his best, but it was not enough for Hawkins to take down district-leading Union Grove Tuesday in a 65-61 loss.
The teams were tied at halftime with Hawkins pulling ahead in the third quarter, but Union Grove made the plays it needed to down the stretch to secure the victory.
Austin Owens led the Lions with 25 points.

New Summerfield edges Carlisle late
PRICE — Carlisle missed a runner at the buzzer that would have sent the game to overtime as New Summerfield pulled out a 65-63 win on Tuesday.
Carlisle tied the game with 15 seconds left before New Summerfield took the lead with 7 seconds remaining.
Rico Pereles led the Indians (18-6, 3-3 District 21-1A) with 18 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Bryce McGowen added 12 and Ben Goss and Collin Gray each scored 11.
